Faith Shoes® reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain or disclose any content or information as necessary to satisfy legal obligations or governmental requests; protect Faith Shoes®, its customers or the public; or prevent harm.
Purchases and Payments
Faith Shoes® allows purchase of products and services on the Site and App. By placing an order, you signify acceptance of the stated price and shipping cost. All prices and charges are in U.S. Dollars unless denoted otherwise.
Faith Shoes® reserves the right to revise prices at any time prior to accepting an order. Pricing errors may occur and Faith Shoes® has sole discretion to decline orders where pricing errors are obvious.
Payment can be made by credit card or other methods made available by Faith Shoes®. Additional information like billing address or card verification may be required. If payment cannot be processed or is reversed, Faith Shoes® may cancel your order.
When an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt but this does not constitute acceptance of the order. Faith Shoes® reserves the right to accept or deny any orders in its sole discretion. We may require additional information before processing an order to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Shipping and Delivery
Faith Shoes® will make best efforts to deliver your order according to the shipping and delivery terms selected and notified at checkout. However, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss will pass to you once your order is shipped. For any concerns after shipment, please contact Customer Service. You may be subject to additional fees for rerouting or return shipping.
Faith Shoes® will not be liable for any damages arising from delayed shipments that are not directly attributable to our own willful misconduct. Select products may be prohibited from shipping internationally or to certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure you select a deliverable shipping option.
Refund and Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
Certain exemptions and restrictions apply; customized products cannot be returned. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or incorrect item. Restocking fees may apply for returns without sufficient cause.
Refunds shall be processed within 3 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect in your account. Faith Shoes® reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise at its sole discretion.

Additional Disclosures
Dispute Resolution
If any controversy or dispute arises between you and Faith Shoes®, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Any unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration through the American Arbitration Association or an established alternative dispute resolution provider.
Class Action Waiver
